"Early Recollections Analysis: An Adlerian Technique for Every Clinician"

10/26/2012 - 9:00am to 4:00pm CDT

**Please note date change**

This workshop is designed for those who have already been introduced to early recollections as well as clinicians curious about this Adlerian psychotherapeutic technique. Regardless of one's theoretical orientation, the use of early recollections can greatly enhance clinical skills.

Through lecture and experiential exercises participants will learn techniques and tips for collecting and analyzing early recollections to reveal how clients view themselves and the world, how they expect life to unfold, and what they expect of others including their therapist. Also included is an eye-opening exercise to reveal a clinician's style, very often unbeknownst to them.

The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (LPC and LPCC) and Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) preapprove each workshop for 6.0 CEUs.
