Rhonda Simpson Brown, Attorney At Law, has a private practice which focuses on family and juvenile law and alternate dispute resolution (including family group decision-making techniques). She serves as a court-appointed Parenting Time Expeditor, and parenting consultant which utilizes her experience as a trained mediator since 1991. Ms. Brown also litigates third-party custody matters that may involve grandparents, non-parent relatives and non-relatives seeking legal and physical custody of minor children.

Ms. Brown became aware of Adlerian Psychology when friends in the counseling field provided her with Adlerian reading materials. "I practiced some of the principals with clients," she says, "and saw what a positive difference it made for them in working collaboratively with soon-to-be-former spouses."

In November, 2004, Ms. Brown began teaching Legal Considerations for Mental Health Professionals at the Adler Graduate School . The passion in her teaching stems from her love of the law and the law's ability to meet the needs of families and, particularly, children when applied by skilled, caring professionals.
