Dr. Herbert H. Laube is the Director of the Marriage & Family Therapy Program and a faculty member of the Adler Graduate School. He is also a Licensed marriage and Family Therapist and a state approved LMFT Supervisor. He is a therapist in practice at the Life Management and Planning Institute in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. He is also an instructor in the Internship program at Adler Graduate School, providing supervision for all levels of students in the LMFT and LPC track programs.
Herb's research interests include a number of areas: development, concerns about trauma and dissociation on relationship development, aging, mutuality and legacy making related to the multigenerational transmission process.
Herb also provides supervision for post graduation hours leading to licensure as a LMFT.

Herb and his wife Lydia Roth-Laube, PhD (Psychologist and Marriage and Family therapist) have two sons, Jason and Justin
