R. Jeff Lupient became interested in Adlerian Psychology because it seemed practical, family-oriented and systematic. "I deeply appreciate the Adlerian emphasis on social interest and holism," he says, "and I find the techniques of Adlerian Psychology to be very user-friendly for both clients and practioners."
In addition to the courses he teaches at AGS, R. Jeff Lupient is a Human Services faculty member at Minneapolis Community and Technical College . Jeff also was a clinic owner and had a private practice for 30 years specializing in marriage and family therapy. He has also taught Alcoholism Studies at Rutgers National Summer School in New Brunswick , New Jersey .
Jeff enjoys teaching and learning and has a passion for his subjects. His strengths as an instructor include a sense of humor, an ability to deliver usable course work and course projects to his students, and a facility for making the abstract concrete and practical.
