Doug Pelcak has been with the Hopkins School District since 1979. As Glen Lake's full-time counselor, he emphasizes the importance of "belonging and contributing" in the school community. Doug also serves as an instructor at the Adler Graduate School in their school counseling department since 2006. He also has a private practice at the Institute for Therapy in Edina.
He has been doing private therapy work since 1980. He specializes in working with individuals with ADHD.
