John Reardon is the owner of Phoenix Process Consultants in St. Louis Park which offers both counseling and consulting services. Phoenix specializes in providing systemic team therapy to families and couples. The consulting component encompasses organizational development specializing both in the training and providing of conflict resolution. Other specializations include leadership development, high-performance team development, quality process and strategic planning

When John was looking for a psychology that was compatible with his world view, he discovered Alfred Adler. "I came out of a community-oriented spirituality," he says, "and a sense of community that exists within my Irish heritage." Those community experiences enabled him to discover who he was relative to the people with whom he lived and associated. "Adlerian Psychology is social, cognitive, behavioral, systemic and community-oriented," says John, "and it really fits the way I am in the world. I was very much at home in that philosophy."
