sdavis Steven A. Davis, D.B.A., PMP

Dr. Steven Davis is a process consultant and project manager at Wells Fargo & Company.  He is responsible for process analysis, process design, modeling, project leadership, business analysis, and technology administration.  Dr. Davis also provides research, development and strategy consulting services to small and medium enterprise in the Twin Cities, through his firm Inductive Consulting (www.inductiveconsulting.com).  Dr. Davis teaches at Adler Graduate School (AGS) and has been a member of the faculty since 2009.

Dr. Davis has performed extensive research in the areas of emotional intelligence and project management, including his dissertation “The Impact of Emotional Intelligence”, which was sponsored by the Project Management Institute and Deluxe Corporation.  Dr. Davis was awarded an Administrative Fellowship at Argosy University and this was completed in 2007 and 2008.  His research interests include systems theory, strategy, organizational psychology, organizational behavior (OB) and organizational development (OD).
