Kate Simonson is the owner of Life Direction Coaching T. She specializes in coaching women executives, team building in small- and mid-sized businesses and in coaching individuals engaged in life-long learning and personal growth. She also works to develop partnerships between educational systems and companies such as AMEX, GMAC-RFC, Cargill and others. She has trained business interns and provided professional development for educators.

In addition to her private coaching practice, Kate teaches career development at the Adler Graduate School using coaching as her instruction model. Kate says, "I have a deep respect for the previous education and experience that adult learners bring to the learning environment at AGS." As a result of that, she says, her specialty is coaching learners to maximize their creativity and resourcefulness and to access the power of the group dynamic in the learning process.

What delights Kate about her work:

" To see the joy of discovery as clients are respectfully invited to engage in a powerful communication process that accesses their inner resources, harnesses untapped energy, and focuses their power to direct their minds, emotions, and actions toward achievement of their highest goals."
