The Certificate in Personal and Professional Coaching is designed to train students in one of the fastest-growing professions in the field of support. The purpose of the coaching relationship is to promote the personal and professional success of the client in any area of life. Students learn a framework for integrating the skills/tools of coaching with the principles of Adlerian Psychology. Find out how coaching fits in the fields of mental health and human development. The courses include how to develop and structure the coaching relationship from start to finish with an emphasis on practicing coaching skills and experiencing the impact of coaching.
