Lifestyles In Groups: Developing Team Ownership of Individual Lifestyles In Group Therapy

This paper describes a process created that utilizes Adlerian Life Style information generally, and early recollections particularly, as the platform from which to help members of therapy groups build social interest in the group, foster commitment to each other, learn to trust the input of others in their lives, identify strengths, specify and clarify unwanted behaviors, and introduce a common language for discussing issues, in order to bring about changes and reach therapy goals.
