This course focuses on helping students learn tools and techniques to assist individuals with all facets navigating the world of work, such as evaluating career information, finding employment opportunities, self-marketing, career management, and career advancement. Attention is given to helping clients communicate their “personal brands” to promote their career interests. Students will learn how to use social media such as Linked In for networking and personal branding, and learn business/professional etiquette skills.
