Steven A. Davis, DBA

Associate Faculty Member

Dr. Davis has performed extensive research in the areas of emotional intelligence and project management, including his dissertation “The Impact of Emotional Intelligence”, which was sponsored by the Project Management Institute and Deluxe Corporation. In 2007-08 Dr. Davis was awarded an Administrative Fellowship at Argosy University. His research interests include systems theory, strategy, organizational psychology, organizational behavior and organizational development. Dr. Davis is an Analytics Consultant and Program Leader at Wells Fargo & Company. He is responsible for process analysis, process design, modeling, project leadership, business analysis, and technology administration. Dr. Davis also provides research, development and strategy consulting services to small and medium enterprises in the Twin Cities, through his firm Inductive Consulting.
