Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Professional
Fast-growing agency is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional (or Practitioner) with at least one year of experience to provide home-based services to adults with mental health issues. This agency provides services to the five county Twin Cities metro area. Job responsibilities include: providing diagnostic assessments and reassessments, addressing client issues with social functioning, benefits and employment assistance, symptoms management, independent living skills, and accessing community resources. Education requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, counseling or social services is required.
