Thao-Ha Phan, MA, LMFT, LADC, ADCR-MN

Ha has extensive experience within the mental health field, having worked across a broad spectrum of practice areas. Her therapeutic expertise extends to competency in individual, couple, group, and family sessions. She has provided services in a variety of settings, such as community-based programs, schools, outpatient mental health clinics, and substance use treatment facilities. 

 Ha maintains a student-centered philosophy, believing that all students who enter the classroom are intrinsically motivated to learn and bring unique life experiences that shape their perspectives. She is deeply committed to fostering the professional development of future practitioners in the mental health and substance use disciplines, recognizing the critical role they play in shaping the future of mental healthcare.
