About Nicole Randick

Dr. Nicole Randick has a doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision and a masters in Counseling Psycholgy and Art Therapy. She has over 20 years of experience as an art therapist, mental health counselor, school counselor, and supervisor. She has been in higher education and a counselor educator for over 10 years. She specializes the supervision of new professionals and working with children, teens, and young adults with diverse abilities, including those on the autism spectrum.

Dr. Randick has served as a faculty member, Chair, and Director of Assessment and Online learning. Currently she is an Associate Faculty and serves as the Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic development of academic policies, coordination of institutional and programmatic assessments, and support to academic programs across the school. She also leads the institution’s accreditation efforts, including the preparation of accreditation arguments.
